Exams = Stress
I havent been sleeping very well so when i looked up the Thought of the day here, it all seemed relevant. Im sure we have all heard these but its nice to be reminded.
If you don’t get a proper nights sleep, if you have problems sleeping chances are your ability to deal with stressful situations is not good. Or you make a situation more stressful due to your lack of sleep. Adults need...

Why is marijuana not legal? Why is marijuana not legal? It’s a natural plant that grows in the dirt. Do you know what’s not natural? 80 year old dudes with hard-ons. That’s not natural. But we got pills for that. We’re dedicating all our medical resources to keeping the old guys erect, but we’re putting people in jail for something that grows in the dirt? You...

Project Gutenburg
Ever heard of Project Gutenburg?
Well its a website who collect e-books.
50 years after books are published, the copyright runs out, and they can be reproduced by anyone.
So think Alice in Wonderland, Huckleberry Finn, Sherlock homes, the old classics.

Were going on a word hunt... and im not scared!
Is there such a word to mean anti-exaggeration?
Like when your absolutely disgustingly terrible at something and you say you are mildly horrible?
“anti-exaggeration for effect.” hmmmmmmm
I think i just found my new catch phrase :)

Its raining, its pouring!
Essentials for a rainy autumn day:
good book
large duvet
creamy hot chocolate
loving man
dreamy music
a tin roof to hear the rain
slouch pants and a big hoodie/cardie
fire place roaring out heat and wonderful smell of faint woodsmoke
Having these things would make my day cosy and perfect. Sadly i dont have all these things.
But we can dream :)

We are Family
My Dad and my Great Uncle Bob on my Mum’s side have done a great deal of work on my family tree. In one place, I can now trace my linage back 16 generations.
I dont understand how people can just not care about their geneology. Its so facinating to me.
The thing that really got me is not just down the line of my surname, but i also have linage of the Bird’s, the Peck’s, the...

Rainy Days
Take:
1 Autumn day
1 BF’s broken computer
5 hours of raid time
1 laptop thats about 4 times slower than MY computer
Add together and serve with a cuddly duvet and sounds of WoW nerds in the background. Best with copious amounts of patience and jager
